TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Scope of Work: The rebass edits provided by Re[dB]eard entail song customizations based on the original fundamental frequencies present in the composition. The bassline of the song will not be altered to match peak frequencies.
   
2. Exclusivity: All commissions undertaken by Re[dB]eard are non-exclusive. The edited songs will be made available to the public and may be utilized by multiple parties.
   
3. Fair Use: The client acknowledges that the edited audio files may be subject to fair use provisions under copyright law. It is the client's responsibility to ensure compliance with fair use principles when utilizing the edited content.
   
4. Payment: Payment for services rendered by Re[dB]eard shall be as agreed upon prior to commencement of work.
   
5. Revisions: Reasonable revisions will be accommodated within the scope of the original agreement between the client and Re[dB]eard. Additional revisions may be subject to an extra fee.
   
6. Governing Law: This agreement between the client and Re[dB]eard shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.

By engaging the services of Re[dB]eard, the client acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
